Saturday, Sept. 10th, from 11 am until 2 pm. at John Simpson Park, H-E-B and Stubb’s BBQ will be hosting lunch for all of the Steiner Community, Firefighters, EMS, Travis County Sherriff, and any one that wishes to join the community.
With dozens of homes damaged or lost, neighbors and friends misplaced and rebuilding, and everyone affected, this is the time to come together as one Steiner family. Expect that donations are welcome, though I’ve not yet been clear on that; until I am clear, please continue to record what you have available for victims here and we’ll try to get those tools and resources in the right hands. Stubb’s fantastic barbecue and penchant for live music, combined with our own Four Points grocery, ensures some great food at the perfect venue at which to come together.

By the way… Our own Steiner Ranch duo Blender is performing live and Hill Country Bible Church is bringing inflatables for the young at heart.
Great to have another source of very local info. In addition to donating to the Red Cross, the Travis County ESD #6 (Fire and Rescue) that helped put out the fire needs donations to repair and replace equipment. http://ltfr.org/public/

Was a great party. Food was fantastic and the folks with HEB and Stubbs went over the top to make it a terrific lunch. Enjoyed the band as well! Thanks all that worked so hard on this.
