Join Beth M to learn how to properly set up for and work on Headstands, Handstands and Forearm Stands! We will warm up with a power vinyasa flow and then have lots of time to talk about how to approach these arm balances. You will learn how to develop the arm and core strength, shoulder flexibility, as well as the balance necessary to practice these poses with confidence. This workshop is appropriate for anyone who is new to getting upside down, or who wants to further develop their head/handstand practice. Let’s play!
